摘  要:目的探讨Catphan模体在医用电子加速器锥形束CT(CBCT)质量控制中的应用。方法参照AAPM TG-142报告及医科达公司关于XVI系统的验收标准,结合实际工作与经验,对模体进行扫描并分析不同模块的图像质量,检测CT值均匀性、密度分辨力、空间分辨力及空间线性距离等是否满足标准要求。结果CT值均匀性偏差(0.26%)、密度分辨力(2.14%)、空间分辨力(可分辨线对数8 lp/cm)及空间线性距离(横断面偏差0.2 mm、矢状位偏差0.1 mm)均符合相应标准的要求。结论使用Catphan模体进行医用电子加速器CBCT质量控制的方法简单、可靠,可作为常规方法应用。Objective The application of Catphan phantom in the quality control of cone beam CT(CBCT)in medical electron accelerator was investigated.Methods Referring to the AAPM TG-142 report and Elekta's acceptance criteria for XVI system,as well as practical work experience,the phantom was scanned and the image quality of different modules was analyzed,and then the CT value uniformity,density resolution,spatial resolution and spatial linear distance were tested to verify if they can meet the requirements in the standard.Results The CT value uniformity deviation(0.26%),density resolution(2.14%),spatial resolution(distinguishable line pairs was 8 lp/cm)and spatial linear distance(the transverse deviation was 0.2 mm,and the sagittal deviation was 0.1 mm)could all meet the requirements in the standard.Conclusion The quality control method for medical electron accelerator performed by Catphan phantom is simple and reliable and could be used as a routine method in quality control work.
