摘　　要：电动轮椅车作为康复辅具,是残障人士出行的重要辅助工具,其适用范围广且运行距离远。近年来,随着电动汽车及车载移动终端的普及,道路电磁环境日益复杂,电动轮椅车应能正常运行且不对周围设备产生电磁干扰,因此,其电磁兼容性显得尤为重要。在我国,电动轮椅车被纳入Ⅱ类医疗器械进行监管,其电磁兼容检测执行标准YY 0505-2012《医用电气设备第1-2部分:安全通用要求并列标准:电磁兼容要求和试验》、YY 9706.102-2021《医用电气设备第1-2部分:基本安全和基本性能的通用要求并列标准:电磁兼容要求和试验》和GB/T 18029.21-2012《轮椅车第21部分:电动轮椅车、电动代步车和电池充电器的电磁兼容性要求和测试方法》。该研究介绍了电动轮椅车的工作原理和分类,并主要从电动轮椅车电磁兼容检测的测试项目、测试模式、关注点、符合性判据等方面对标准内容进行了阐述与剖析,以期为同行提供参考。As a kind of rehabilitation aids,electric wheelchair is an important auxiliary tool for the disabled to go out.In recent years,with the popularity of electric vehicles and on-board mobile terminals,the road electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex,electric wheelchair should operate normally and meanwhile should not cause electromagnetic interference to the surrounding equipment,therefore the electromagnetic compatibility of electric wheelchair is very important.In China,electric wheelchair is class Ⅱ medical devices for supervision,and its electromagnetic compatibility test is in accordance with YY 0505-2012 Medical electrical equipment—Part 1-2:General requirements for safety—Collateral standard:Electromagnetic compatibility—Requirements and tests,YY 9706.102-2021 Medical electrical equipment—Part 1-2:General requirements for basic safety and essential performance—Collateral standard:Electromagnetic compatibility—Requirements and tests and GB/T 18029.21-2012 Wheelchairs—Part 21:Requirements and test methods for electromagnetic compatibility of electrically powered wheelchairs and scooters,and battery chargers.The paper first introduced the work principles and classification of electric wheelchair and then mainly expounded and analyzed the contents of the standards from the aspects of test items,test modes,concerns and compliance criteria for the electromagnetic compatibility test of electric wheelchair,hoping to provide references for peers.
