摘　　要：为探索一套可量化的第三方驻场工程师监管考核体系,加强人员管理,保障医疗设备的正常运转,该文通过运用层次分析法并借助YAAHP软件初步建立一套量化考核指标体系并进行实践,有效提高了第三方驻场工程师的工作积极性,使医疗设备月修复时间由原来的57.68 h降为38.9 h。该考核体系可以作为第三方新进驻场工程师的试用期考核评价依据,后续将与第三方公司商讨将考核结果与工程师薪资挂钩,进行动态优化。In order to explore a quantifiable supervision and assessment system for third-party resident engineers,strengthen personnel management and ensure the normal operation of medical equipment,this paper preliminarily established a set of quantitative assessment index system with analytic hierarchy process and YAAHP software and then put it into practice,which effectively improved the work enthusiasm of the thirdparty resident engineers,and made the monthly repair time of medical equipment reduce to 38.9 h from 57.68 h.This supervision and assessment system can be used as the basis for the assessment and evaluation of new third-party engineers in the probation period.Later,it will be further discussed with the third-party company to link with the engineer's salary for dynamic optimization.
