摘 要:重点针对混合复合层材料增强金属内衬圆柱壳在旋转或者内压载荷下的失效机理进行了研究。首先,通过有限元法建立圆柱壳的应力计算模型,并进行试验验证;其次,通过理论分析,明确随着载荷增加,金属内衬的应力率先达到屈服强度,并分析金属屈服后对复合材料层应力的影响;最后,设计验证试验,建立复合材料各层应力与爆破压力关联性方程,明确了混合复合层材料增强金属内衬圆柱壳的失效机理为:随着载荷的升高,金属层屈服导致其模量退化,引起复合材料层应力迅速增加,最终由于碳纤维复合材料层达到其极限强度而失效。理论分析与试验结果相吻合。The failure mechanism of metal-lined cylindrical shell reinforced with hybrid composite under rotating or internal ballast loads was studied.First,the stress calculation model of cylindrical shell was established by finite element method,and the experimental verification was carried out.Secondly,through the theoretical analysis,it was clear that with the increase of the load,the stress of the metal lining first reached the yield strength,and the effect of the metal yield on the stress of the composite layer was analyzed.Finally,the verification test was designed,and the correlation equation of stress and blasting pressure of each layer of the composite was established,and the failure mechanism of metal-lined cylindrical shell reinforced with hybrid composite was clarified:with the increase of the load,the yield of the metal layer leads to the degradation of its modulus,which causes rapid increase of stress of the composite,and finally fails because the carbon fiber composite layer reaches its ultimate strength.The theoretical analysis is consistent with the test results.
