摘 要:为提高旋压工艺在钢瓶实际生产中的性能,针对大直径高压无缝钢瓶的冷旋压工艺进行了模拟优化研究。采用Abaqus软件建立了大直径高压无缝钢瓶筒体冷旋压的有限元模型,选取旋压力、瓶体应力和应变分布以及壁厚偏差为成型优化指标,研究了单一变量下的旋轮形状、旋轮压力角、减薄率、进给率、主轴转速等主要因素分别对成型指标的影响,给出了一组经模拟优化后的参数组合。结果表明,采用该研究得到的参数提高了产品成型的稳定性和可靠性。In order to improve the performance of spinning process in the actual production of cylinders,the cold spinning of large diameter high pressure seamless steel cylinder was simulated and optimized.The finite element simulation model for cold spinning of large diameter high pressure seamless cylinder was established by using Abaqus software.The spinning force,stress and strain distribution of cylinder body and wall thickness deviation were selected as forming control indexes.The influences of spinning wheel shape,spinning wheel pressure angle,ratio of thinning,feed rate,spindle speed and other main factors on forming indexes under single variable was studied.According to the research,a combination of a group of optimized simulation parameters were given.The results show that the stability and reliability of product forming were improved by using the parameters obtained.
