摘  要:针对矩形金属波纹管不易成形的问题,采用数值模拟的方法,研究了不同成形工艺下波纹管的变形特点。建立了纯机械胀形、外加固定模具机械胀形、内加固定模具机械胀形三种矩形金属波纹管成形工艺有限元模型,对比了不同工艺下波纹管的应力应变、壁厚、轮廓等变形特征,分析了成形过程中的变形机理。研究发现,采用纯机械胀形工艺的波纹管波纹形状呈V形,且在成形下一个波纹时被拉变形;采用外加固定模具机械胀形的波纹会出现在成形下一个波纹时被拉变形;而采用内加固定模具机械胀形的成形工艺可以解决圆角处波高不足的问题,并且其波纹形状满足设计要求。In view of the difficulty in forming of rectangular metal bellows,the deformation characteristics of bellows under different forming processes were studied by numerical simulation.Three finite element models of rectangular metal bellows forming process,namely pure mechanical expansion,external fixed die mechanical expansion and inner fixed die mechanical expansion,were established.The deformation characteristics of the bellows such as stress-strain,wall thickness and contour under different processes were compared,and the deformation mechanism in the forming process was analyzed.It is found that the corrugation shape of the bellows formed by pure mechanical expansion is V-shaped,and was pulled and deformed when the next corrugation was formed;For the corrugation formed by mechanical expansion with an external fixed die,it would be pulled and deformed when the next corrugation was formed;whereas the mechanical expansion forming process with inner fixed die can solve the problem of insufficient wave height at the fillet,and its corrugation shape can meet the design requirements.
