摘  要:为研究连续腐蚀过程中电磁超声监测信号的演化规律,搭建了加速腐蚀模拟实验装置,采用电磁超声换能器(Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer,EMAT)对不同面积大小的腐蚀进行在线动态监测试验研究。结果表明,在动态监测过程中,相对于EMAT换能面积大小不同的腐蚀监测信号表现出不同的演化规律,同时腐蚀表面的状况和腐蚀产物的存在均会在不同程度上影响电磁超声监测信号的波形、幅值等特征,进一步分析提取EMAT连续监测的腐蚀特征信号,计算腐蚀深度,可以有效获取材料的腐蚀速率。In order to study the evolution of electromagnetic ultrasonic monitoring signals in the continuous corrosion process,an accelerated corrosion simulation experimental device was built,and EMAT(Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer)was used to conduct online dynamic monitoring experimental research on corrosion of different areas.The results show that in the process of dynamic monitoring,the corrosion monitoring signals with different sizes of the EMAT transducer area show different evolution laws.At the same time,the condition of the corrosion surface and the existence of corrosion products will affect waveform,amplitude and other characteristics of the electromagnetic ultrasonic monitoring signal to different degrees.The corrosion characteristic signals continuously monitored by EMAT were further analyzed and extracted,and the corrosion depth was calculated,thereby the corrosion rate of the material can be effectively obtained.
