摘  要:粮食水分过低不仅导致粮食重量下降,造成粮食出库的超耗问题,还会造成粮食外观质量和食用品质下降,粮食的机械加工特性也会受到影响。文章对粮食储存过程中水分减量的机理进行深入分析,从粮食水分平衡原理、通风工艺创新、空气相对湿度、粮食储藏工艺等方面开展研究,探索通风过程中保持粮食水分的技术,重点介绍研发生产的储粮环保通风机,以期实现粮食减损降耗、抑尘和改善粮食加工品质目的。The low-moisture of grain not only generates the decrease of grain weight and the over-consumption of grain taking out of storage,but also brings the decrease of grain appearance quality,edible quality and mechanical processing characteristics.With the deep analysis on the moisture reduction mechanism in the process of grain storage,and the study on grain moisture balance principle,ventilation technology innovation,air relative humidity,grain storage technology etc.,this paper explores the technology to grain moisture retention in the process of ventilation,emphasizes on the introduction of environmentally-friendly grain storage ventilator that has been researched and produced,so as to realize the purpose of grain loss and consumption reduction,dust suppression and improvement of grain processing quality.
