摘　　要：随着时代的进步,大量农村劳动力进入城镇,农村土地存在闲置现象,导致烟田烟地种植分散。根据国家相关法律规定、市场需求及烟叶种植的规划,种植土地面积的准确性关系到烤烟种植的土地统筹规划的精准性、烟叶种植合同的真实性、烟农烟叶种植补贴发放的准确性。安顺市烟草公司西秀区分公司运用“互联网+地理信息系统”技术,建立了基本烟田数字化档案系统,解决了烟叶种植土地面积核实效率低、工作量大的问题,进而提高了烟草公司的信息化水平。With the progress of the times,a large number of rural labor force enter cities and towns,resulting in idle rural land.At the result,the tobacco planting land is scattered.According to relevant national laws and regulations,market demand and tobacco planting planning,the accuracy of tobacco planting area is related to the accuracy of the land co-ordination planning for tobacco planting,the authenticity of tobacco planting contract and the accuracy of tobacco growers subsidy.Anshun Tobacco Company Xixiu District Branch has established the basic tobacco field digital archives system by using the Internet+geographic information system technology.It solves the problems of low efficiency and heavy workload in the verification of tobacco planting land area,and accordingly improves the information level of tobacco companies.
