摘　　要：2014年以来,巴西、美国、中国、泰国等多个国家相继暴发了塞内卡病毒(Senecavirus A,SVA)疫情,且流行范围呈扩大趋势,SVA逐渐成为研究和关注的热点。本文主要从SVA病毒蛋白结构功能、入侵机制、适应性免疫反应及免疫逃逸等方面对SVA相关病原学研究进行综述,以期为进一步开展猪SVA的致病机制研究以及疫苗研发提供帮助。Since 2014,outbreaks of the Seneca virus A(SVA)have occurred successively in Brazil,USA,China,Thailand and other countries. The scope of such epidemics is expanding. SVA has gradually become the focus of research and attention. Here,wes review the etiological studies related to SVA in the aspects of protein structure and function,invasion mechanism,adaptive immune response,and immune escape of SVA. In this way,we provide a reference for further research on the pathogenic mechanism of porcine SVA and vaccine development.
