摘  要:龙首矿新1^(#)井提升的贫矿以及混合井的富矿主要通过底侧卸式矿车运至1703m平台,分别卸入贫富矿溜井,经各自的3段接力皮带运至地表矿仓,随着西一采区的达产,且选矿对东部矿石采取“分时段”入选模式,当转入西二采区入选时,这时段的矿石只能经侧卸式矿车,通过2^(#)卸载架翻到下部平台存放,存在倒运环节多、贫富矿混堆,不利于生产配矿。为了从根本上解决生产组织被动的局面,提出了两种解决方案,经技术论证后,确定新建底侧卸式卸载站。The lean ore hoisted through new well 1 of Longshou Mine and the rich ore from the mixed well are mainly transported to the platform at 1703m level by the bottom side dump truck,then ores are respectively unloaded into the rich ore pass and poor ore pass,and then transported to the surface ore bin through respective three relay belts.With the reaching of target capacity in west mining area 1 and the adoption of"time-sharing"selection mode for the eastern ore,the ore produced in this period when processing shifts to west mining area 2 can be only transported by side dump truck and conveyed to a lower platform for storage through unloading rack 2.And during this period,too many conveying steps and mixed stacking of rich ores and poor ores occur,which is not conducive to production and ore blending.In order to fundamentally solve the passive situation of production organization,two solutions are proposed.After technical demonstration,it is determined to build a new bottom side unloading station.
