摘  要:镍阳极泥熔硫工艺中,由于加热蒸汽在通过蛇形盘管换热器时未充分凝结就流出盘管,蒸汽的凝结潜热没有得到有效利用;同时,工艺中的加热蒸汽盘管采用U型结构,蒸汽凝结出来的水会积聚在U型盘管底部,积水难以疏出而恶化传热,换热面积减小,导致蒸汽实际耗量远大于理论值。通过试验,增加节流元件和虹吸式疏水装置,可以有效减少蒸汽用量。In the process of melting sulphur of nickel anode slime,actual steam consumption is much greater than theoretical value.The reason is that a great amount of heated steam without sufficient condensation flows out when passing through the s-shaped coil heat exchanger,latent heat from steam condensation is not effectively utilized.Meanwhile,because u-shaped structure is adopted in steam heating coil,the water condensed by steam accumulates at the bottom of the u-shaped coil and is hard to drain out,thus heat transfer deteriorates,and heat transfer area diminishes,which causes a higher actual steam consumption above theoretical value.The experiment shows that steam consumption can be effectively reduced by adding throttling components and siphon drain devices into existing steam piping system.
