摘　　要：崇高的职业使命感是高校辅导员育人职责的根本,为加强大学生思想政治教育工作提供了内在保障。目前,国内学者已经逐渐认识到辅导员职业使命感的积极作用,但缺乏相关理论研究与实践探索。通过总结辅导员职业发展过程中存在的共性与个性问题,深入分析辅导员职业使命感的重要意义和影响要素,研究提升职业使命感的策略。有益于增强辅导员职业的荣誉感、影响力、感染力和吸引力,为加强大学生思想政治教育提供支持。The lofty sense of professional mission is the soul of college counselors responsibilities of educating people,and it provides an inherent guarantee for strengthening the ideological and political education of college students.At present,domestic scholars have gradually realized the positive role of counselors professional mission,but they lack relevant theoretical research and practical exploration.By summarizing the common and individual problems existing in the career development process of counselors,the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the important significance and influencing factors of counselors professional mission,and researches strategies to enhance the career mission.It is beneficial to enhance the sense of honor,influence,appeal and attractiveness of the counselor s profession,and to provide intellectual support for strengthening the effect of college students ideological and political education.
