米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗产后出血的效果

摘　　要：目的分析米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱用于产后出血治疗中的效果。方法200例产后出血患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,各100例。对照组接受米索前列醇治疗,实验组接受米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗。比较两组出血控制情况、凝血功能指标。结果实验组子宫收缩持续时间长于对照组,恶露持续时间短于对照组,子宫底下降多于对照组,产后出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组凝血酶原时间(12.0±0.2)s短于对照组的(13.5±0.6)s,血红蛋白(110.0±2.0)g/L高于对照组的(105.8±2.2)g/L,纤维蛋白原(3.5±0.2)g/L低于对照组的(4.0±0.3)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后出血患者使用米索前列醇联合马来酸麦角新碱治疗,可以改善患者的出血情况,稳定患者的凝血功能。Objective To analyze the effect of misoprostol combined with ergometrine maleate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 200 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received misoprostol treatment,and the experimental group received misoprostol combined with ergometrine maleate treatment.The bleeding control and coagulation function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of uterine contraction in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group,the duration of lochia was shorter than that in the control group,the uterine fundus decreased more than that in the control group,and the postpartum blood loss was less than that in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The prothrombin time(12.0±0.2)s in the experimental group was shorter than(13.5±0.6)s in the control group,the hemoglobin(110.0±2.0)g/L was higher than(105.8±2.2)g/L in the control group,and the fibrinogen(3.5±0.2)g/L was lower than(4.0±0.3)g/L in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of misoprostol and ergometrine maleate can improve the bleeding and stabilize the coagulation function of the patients.
