摘  要:为分析水貂对阿留申病的抗性表型指标以及不同品种水貂对阿留申病的抗病性差异,本研究在4个貂场分别采集不同品种水貂样品,2018年在A场采集5633只水貂血液样品,其中金州黑貂3941只,银蓝貂1179只,咖啡貂513只;2019年采集2388只水貂血液样品,其中金州黑貂1585只,银蓝貂219只,咖啡貂584只。B场采集262只水貂血液样品,其中长毛褐貂119只,金州黑貂122只,银蓝貂21只。C场采集454只水貂血液样品,其中银蓝貂117只,白貂165只,咖啡貂172只。D场采集1642只白貂血液样品。采用碘凝集(IAT)、对流免疫电泳(CIEP)和聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对4个高感染率貂场不同品种水貂群进行水貂阿留申病(AD)检疫。检疫结果显示,在高感染率貂场,通过CIEP和IAT联合检疫可将貂群主要分为CIEP^(+)IAT^(+)、CIEP^(+)IAT^(-)两个群体,不同品种水貂的CIEP^(+)IAT^(-)貂群的占比差异显著,A场:金州黑貂>银蓝貂>咖啡貂(P<0.01),B场本地化貂:长毛褐貂>银蓝貂>金州黑貂(P<0.01),C场引种貂:银蓝貂>白貂>咖啡貂(P<0.05)。PCR检测结果表明,不同貂场CIEP^(+)IAT^(-)貂群中PCR^(-)比例较高,CIEP^(+)IAT^(+)貂群PCR^(+)比例普遍较高。本地长毛褐貂、金州黑貂和白貂中CIEP+IAT^(-)貂群的PCR^(-)比例较高(>70%)。经联合检疫留种CIEP^(+)IAT^(-)后,2019年A场貂群中存在的CIEP^(+)IAT^(-)PCR^(-)比例均明显提高。综合4个貂场的检疫结果发现,CIEP^(+)IAT^(-)和CIEP^(+)IAT^(-)PCR^(-)可作为水貂阿留申病抗病性指标,不同貂种对阿留申病的抗病性存在差异;采取CIEP抗体阳性貂淘汰策略留种造成貂群对阿留申病易感性提高。本研究通过分析3年的联合检疫数据,建立适合高感染貂场选择阿留申抗病貂联合检疫技术,初步了解不同水貂品种的阿留申病抗病性差异,为貂场生产中抗病貂选种提供参考。To analyze the phenotypic indexes of resistance to Aleutian disease(AD),and the difference in resistance to AD about different breeds of mink.In this study,samples of different breeds of mink were collected in four mink farms.In Farm A 5633 mink blood samples were collected in 2018,including 3941 black minks,1179 silver-blue minks and 513 coffee minks;in 2019,2388 mink blood samples were collected including 1585 black minks,219 silver-blue minks and 584 coffee minks.In farmB,262 mink blood samples were obtained containing 119 long-haired brown minks,122 black minks and 21 silver-blue minks.In Farm C 454 mink blood samples were collected,including 117 silver-blue minks,165 white minks and 172 coffee minks.And in Farm D,1642 blood samples of white minks were obtained.Then we used the combination of iodine agglutination test(IAT),counter immune-electrophoresis(CIEP)and PCR to detect the AD of different breeds of mink groups in four mink farms with high AMDVinfection rates.On mink farms with high AMDVinfection rate,the mink herds weremostly divided into two groups(CIEP^(+)IAT^(+)and CIEP^(+)IAT)using the combination examination of CIEP and IAT.Testing results showed the proportion of CIEP^(+)IAT mink groups of different breeds of mink had a significant difference,black mink>silver-blue mink>coffee mink(P<0.01)in farmA,long-hair brown mink>silver-blue mink>black mink(P<0.01)in long-termbreeding farmB,silver-blue mink>white mink>coffee mink(P<0.05)in introduced non-infection mink farmC.The further PCR results indicated that,in four mink farms,the percentage of PCR in CIEP^(+)IAT mink herds was higher,and the percentage of PCR^(+)in CIEP^(+)IAT^(+)mink herds was generally higher.The percentage of PCR(>70%)was higher in the CIEP^(+)IAT mink herds s of localized long-hair mink,black mink and white mink.After the joint detection and breeding CIEP^(+)IAT mink,the percentage of CIEP^(+)IAT PCR mink has increased significantly in 2019 in farmA.Based on the detection results of four mink farms,it is found that CIEP^(+)IAT and
