摘　　要：目前肺癌是全球范围内发病率最高,死亡人数最多的恶性肿瘤。有研究发现,中药活性成分能够干预肺癌肿瘤的生长,同时能够抑制肺癌细胞的增殖并促进其凋亡。本文将中药中的皂苷、多糖、挥发油和生物碱成分对肺癌的干预作用的研究进展进行总结,以期为日后中药治疗肺癌提供参考依据。The incidence rate of lung cancer is the highest and the most malignant tumor in the world.At present,some studies have found that the active components of Traditional Chinese Medicine can intervene the growth of lung cancer,inhibit the proliferation of lung cancer cells and promote their apoptosis.This paper summarizes the research progress of saponins,polysaccharides,volatile oils and alkaloids inTraditional Chinese Medicine on the intervention of lung cancer,in order to provide a reference value for Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of lung cancer in the future.
