摘  要:西洋参是五加科人参属植物,在我国使用已经有200多年的历史,现已被国家卫生健康委员会和国家市场监督管理总局列为药物和食品同源产品。经过近年来学者的研究表明,其地上部位也同样具有药用价值,因此本文从中草药书籍和包括SciFinder、爱思唯尔数据库、文献服务检索系统、科学指引数据库、百度学术、中国知网以及其他不同的网站在内的科学数据库中收集有关西洋参地上部位(茎叶、花蕾、果实和芦头)的信息,对西洋参地上部位的化学成分和药理学进展进行总结,为深入研究该药用植物地上部位的化学成分、药理活性以及实现资源综合利用提供参考。American ginseng(Panax quinquefolium) is a Panax plant of Araliaceae and has been used for more than 200 years in China.It has now been listed as a homologous product of medicine and food by the National Health Commission and the state Administration for Market Regulation.The research of scholars in recent years shows that the aerial parts also has medicinal value.Therefore,this paper collected information about the above ground parts(stems,leaves,flower buds,fruits and rhizom) of American ginseng from Chinese herbal medicine books and scientific databases including SciFinder,Elsevier database,literature service retrieval system,scientific guidance database,baidu academic,CNKI and other different websites,In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological progress of the aerial parts of P.quinquefolium were summarized to provide scientific basis for further study on the chemical constituents,pharmacological activities and comprehensive utilization of resources of the aerial parts of P.quinquefolium.
