三黄洗剂加减方坐浴治疗湿热下注型肛门瘙痒的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察三黄洗剂加减方坐浴治疗湿热下注型肛门瘙痒的临床疗效。方法选择2017年11月~2021年1月符合纳入标准的60例湿热下注型肛门瘙痒患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组采用三黄洗剂加减方坐浴治疗,对照组应用1∶5000的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,治疗2周后观察两组患者肛门瘙痒症状评分,并比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者的肛门瘙痒评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的肛门瘙痒评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗2周后,治疗组的临床治疗总有效率为96.6%,对照组为42.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄洗剂加减方坐浴治疗能明显改善肛门瘙痒症状,对湿热下注型肛门瘙痒具有良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanhuang lotion modified hip bath on anal pruritus of damp-heat downward slow type.Methods From November 2017 to January 2021,60 patients with anal pruritus of damp-heat downward slow type who met the inclusion criteria were simply randomly divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,the treatment group was treated with Sanhuang lotion plus and minus hip bath,the control group was treated with 1∶5000 potassium permanganate solution hip bath.The symptoms of anal pruritus in the two groups were observed after 2 weeks of treatment.Results There was no significant difference in anal pruritus score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the scores of anal pruritus were comparable between the two groups;after treatment,the anal pruritus score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05for both);the comparison of anal pruritus scores before and after treatment in the treatment group and the comparison of anal pruritus scores before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05for both);the clinical effects of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment,In the treatment group of 30 cases,17 cases were cured,12 cases were improved and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.6%.There were 30 cases in the control group,2 cases were cured,19 cases were improved and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 42.9%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05 for both).Conclusion The modified formula of Sanhuang lotion has the effect of clearing heat,promoting dampness and relieving itching,Sanhuang lotion plus and minus hip bath can significantly improve the symptoms of anal pruritus,it has a good therapeutic effect on anal pruritus of damp-heat downward slow type.
