摘　　要：目的探讨基于移动医疗理念下中青年高血压患者随访方式的构建及效果评价。方法本研究以2018年1~12月我院心血管内科住院治疗且符合纳入标准的中青年高血压患者(年龄19~59岁)180例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组88例采用微信随访和APP随访,对照组92例进行常规高血压随访,两组干预时间均为6个月。比较两组患者出院后6个月的血压、血压达标率、自我效能、治疗依从性以及体重指数的变化。结果实验组患者在血压控制、自我效能、治疗依从性以及体重指数方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于移动医疗理念下随访方式有助于提高中青年高血压患者的血压控制、自我效能以及治疗依从性,有利于达到理想的降压效果。Objective To explore the construction and effect evaluation of follow-up mode for young and middle-aged patients with hypertension based on the concept of mobile health.Methods In 2018,180 patients with primary hypertension were 18-59 years in the department of cardiovascular medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University who were assigned to the mobile health follow-up group(the experiment group,n=88)and conventional blood pressure management group(control group,n=92)at random.The patients in the experiment group received WeChat follow-up and app follow-up.The patients in the control group only received routine hypertension follow-up,and the intervention time was 6 months.After the intervention,the changes of blood pressure,blood pressure compliance rate,self-efficacy,treatment compliance and body mass index were compared 6 months after discharge.Results The indexes of blood pressure control,self-efficacy,treatment compliance and body mass index in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion The follow-up method of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension under the concept of mobile medicine is helpful to improve the blood pressure control,self-efficacy and treatment compliance of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.
