摘　　要：植物病原菌物是造成植物病害的主要病原物,可对生态安全、粮食安全、生物多样性造成重要威胁和灾害。近年来,菌物分类学的研究逐步深入,大量新分类单元被描述、高阶分类系统被修订和完善。在墨尔本和深圳两届国际植物学大会上,对《国际藻类、菌物和植物命名法规》中涉及菌物的部分做出了重大调整以实现“一菌一名”。上述研究进展和改变对植物病原菌物的命名和名称的使用产生了较大的影响。本文收集和整理了中国菌物名录和植物病理学教科书中记录的常见农业病原菌物名称590个,涉及菌物物种370种,隶属于2界7门15纲47目84科168属。依据最新的分类学研究进展和命名法规则,对其拉丁学名、分类地位和病害名进行全面核对和修订,按照《真菌、地衣汉语学名命名法规》选取和拟定汉语学名,将上述结果编制为名录。该名录可推进植物病原菌物名称的规范、正确使用,为广大植物病理学工作者提供支撑,促进政策制定、学术交流和科学普及等相关工作的开展。Phytopathogenic fungi causing plant diseases can induce disaster to ecosystems,food security and agricultural production.With the recent development of fungal taxonomy,a large number of new taxa are proposed.In the latest International Botanical Congresses held in Melbourne and Shenzhen,based on the initiative of“one fungus,one name”,some revisions and supplementations concerning fungal nomenclature have been made to the International Code of Nomenclature for Algae,Fungi,and Plants.These variations have brought numerous changes in the currently applied names of phytopathogenic fungi.In this list,590 commonly used names of agricultural phytopathogenic fungi appeared in research papers,monographical works and textbooks in China were selected,involving 370 fungal species belonging to 2 kingdoms,7 phyla,15 classes,47 orders,84 families and 168 genera.According to the latest nomenclature and taxonomic research progress,the comprehensive check and correction of scientific names,Chinese names,taxonomic status and disease names of these pathogenic fungi are made and provided herein,aiming at providing helpful references for researchers and technicians who are involved with plant pathogenic fungi in China.
