摘  要:大规模分布式发电单元及灵活可控负载通过电力电子变换接口接入电网后导致源–网–荷交互频繁、特性复杂多变、谐振频发。该文以IEEE 9节点区域微网为研究对象,首先基于网络阻抗Bode图分析差异化本地负载对网侧阻抗特性的影响,并通过广义Nyquist判据预判多类型负载下的高频谐振问题,容性本地负载容值的增加会导致传统感性弱网阻抗特性发生本质变化。在此基础上,针对差异化本地负载接入电网引发的多样化运行特征,通过网侧阻抗特性判别,考虑多位置反馈节点提出一类差异化本地负载自适应阻抗幅值重塑方案,并以稳定性改善效果及补偿深度为约束择优选取前馈增益。该方案以软件实现,无需增加额外检测电路及硬件阻尼手段,不增加系统成本及损耗。最后,仿真和RTDS硬件在环实验验证了上述研究的正确性和所提方案的可行性。With the large scale distributed generation units and flexible controllable loads interfaced into the power grid through the power electronic devices, harmonic oscillation caused by the interaction among distributed sources, the utility grid and load with complex characteristic occurs frequently. In this paper, IEEE 9 regional microgrid was taken as the research object. Firstly, the influence of diversified local load types on the impedance characteristics of the grid side was analyzed with Bode diagram. And the generalized Nyquist criterion was used to predict the high frequency resonance problem in various loads. The increase of capacitive local load would lead to the essential change on the impedance characteristics of the traditional inductive weak grid. On this basis, aiming at the diversified operation characteristics caused by the access of diversified local loads to the power grid, a kind of adaptive impedance amplitude reshaping scheme for diversified local loads was proposed through the grid side impedance characteristic discrimination considering the multi position feedback nodes. At the same time, the feedforward gain was selected according to the stability improvement and compensation depth. The scheme was implemented by software, which did not need to add additional detection circuit and hardware damping means, and dids not increase system cost and loss. Finally, the correctness of the above research and the feasibility of the proposed scheme were verified by simulation and RTDS hardware in loop experiment.
