摘 要:为防止高层建筑钢结构梁柱焊接节点断裂,保证高层建筑的安全,分析其断裂性能。设计狗骨型节点与标准型节点两种钢结构梁柱试件,用三维有限元法对梁柱试件建模,通过J积分算法计算其在不同位移的J积分值,对比标准型节点与含有裂纹的狗骨型节点在不同位移的J积分、刚度及极限载荷。结果表明:当位移为24 mm时,狗骨型钢结构梁柱焊接节点的J积分为80.650 7,低于标准型梁柱焊接节点的J积分;裂纹深度为7 mm的狗骨型钢结构梁柱焊接节点的刚度最高,为6 MN/m,正、反向极限载荷分别为247、253 kN,比标准型节点梁柱试件更高。因此,狗骨型梁柱焊接节点的力学性能更好,可更好满足高层建筑需要。In order to prevent the fracture of steel structure beam column joints in high-rise buildings and ensure the safety of high-rise buildings,the fracture properties was analyzed. Two kinds of steel structure beam column specimens,dog bone joint andstandard joint,were designed,and the three-dimensional finite element method was used to perform modeling operation on thebeam column specimens. The J-integral value of steel structure beam column joints under different displacement conditions wascalculated by J-integral algorithm. The J-integral value,rigidity and ultimate load of standard joint and dog bone with cracks atdifferent displacement were compared. The results show that when the displacement is 24 mm,the J-integral of steel beamcolumn joints of dog bone is 80.650 7,which is lower than that of standard beam column joints. The stiffness value of the beamcolumn joint of dog bone steel structure with crack depth of 7 mm is the highest,which is 6 MN/m. The forward and reverse limitload values of beam column joints of dog bone with crack depth of 7 mm are 247 kN and 253 kN respectively,which is higherthan that of standard joint beam column specimens. Therefore,the mechanical property of dog bone beam column joints isbetter,which can better meet the needs of practical high-rise building engineering construction.
