摘 要:以钛合金炮口制退器螺纹副为研究对象,建立炮钢/钛合金螺纹连接的二维轴对称有限元模型,通过Yamamoto方法验证有限元计算结果,研究螺纹牙型角、螺距及螺纹壁厚对螺纹副承载分布的影响。结果表明:螺纹连接结构的最大等效应力随壁厚增大而减小,随牙型角及螺距增大先减后增;螺牙应力承载均匀性随螺距及壁厚增大而减小,随牙型角增大,变化趋势不明显。Taking the thread pair of titanium alloy muzzle brake as the research object,a two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of gun steel/titanium alloy thread connection was established. The finite element calculation results were verified by Yamamoto method. The effects of thread profile angle,pitch and thread wall thickness on the load distribution of thread pair were studied. The results show that the maximum equivalent stress of threaded connection structure decreases with the increase of wall thickness,firstly decreases and then increases with the increase of profile angle and pitch. The stress bearing uniformity of screw teeth decreases with the increase of pitch and wall thickness,and the change trend is not obvious with the increase of profile angle.
