摘 要:用电沉积法在40Cr钢表面制备Ni-W-PTFE复合镀层,研究PTFE乳液添加量对复合镀层的成分、微观形貌、粗糙度和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:添加PTFE乳液制备的Ni-W-PTFE复合镀层成分为Ni、W、F、C,微观形貌不同于Ni-W合金镀层,表面轮廓起伏程度下降,耐蚀性提高。随PTFE乳液的添加量从3 mL/L增至14 mL/L,复合镀层中PTFE颗粒含量先增后减,晶胞尺寸和粗糙度均先减后增,耐蚀性先升后降。当PTFE乳液的添加量为10 mL/L时,Ni-W-PTFE复合镀层晶胞细小且紧密结合,PTFE颗粒的质量分数最高,为4.03%,表面轮廓起伏最小、粗糙度仅为0.258μm,腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀速率都最低,为9.096×10^(-8)A/cm^(2)、3.7 g/(m^(2)·d)。该复合镀层致密及较多PTFE颗粒弥散分布隔离腐蚀介质,延缓了腐蚀发展,耐蚀性更好。Ni-W-PTFE composite coatings were electrodeposited on 40Cr steel,and the effect of PTFE emulsion addition amount on the component,micromorphology,roughness and corrosion resistance of composite coating was studied.The results show that the Ni-W-PTFE composite coatings prepared by adding PTFE emulsion is composed of Ni,W,F and C,its micromorphology is different from that of Ni-W alloy coating,the surface profile fluctuation decreases and the corrosion resistance improves.With the increase(3-14 mL/L)of PTFE emulsion addition amount,the content of PTFE particles in the composite coating firstly increases and then decreases,both the grain size and roughness firstly decrease and then increase,leading to an gradually improved and then decreased corrosion resistance.The Ni-W-PTFE composite coating prepared with the PTFE emulsion volume fraction 10 mL/L has fine and compact grains,of which the highest PTFE particles content is 4.03%,the lowest roughness is 0.258 μm,the lowest corrosion current density and corrosion rate are 9.096×10^(-8)A/cm^(2)、3.7 g/(m^(2)·d) respectively.The composite coating with compact structure and the uniform distribution of more PTFE particles play a role in isolating the corrosive medium,which effectively delaying the development of corrosion,so it show better corrosion resistance.
