摘  要:在稀土-超声波耦合作用下对轴套磷化处理,以提高轴套表面耐蚀性,更好的满足应用要求。研究稀土-超声波耦合作用及稀土、超声波单独作用对轴套外观和磷化膜的微观形貌、厚度、物相结构和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:稀土-超声波耦合作用及稀土、超声波单独作用对轴套外观和磷化膜的物相组成基本无影响,磷化处理后轴套呈深灰色,磷化膜物相组成都为Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O和Zn_(2)Fe(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O。稀土-超声波耦合作用制备的磷化膜相对较厚,约为8.5μm,腐蚀失质量仅为2.8 g/(m^(2)·h),频率为106(-2)Hz处的阻抗值和最大相位角分别达7770.5Ω·cm^(2)、60.9°,耐蚀性明显好于稀土、超声波单独作用制备的磷化膜。原因归结为稀土-超声波耦合作用进一步提高形核密度,促进均匀成膜,磷化膜结构更致密,能更好的抵抗腐蚀介质侵蚀。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of shaft sleeve to better meet the application requirements,the shaft sleeve was treated by phosphating under the coupling action of rare earth and ultrasonic.The influences of coupling action of rare earth and ultrasonic and separate action of rare earth or ultrasonic on the appearance of shaft sleeve and the micromorphology,thickness,phase structure and corrosion resistance of phosphating film were studied.The results show that coupling action of rare earth and ultrasonic and separate action of rare earth or ultrasonic have no effect on the appearance of shaft sleeve and the phase structure of phosphating film,the shaft sleeve after phosphating treatment is dark gray and the phase composition of phosphating film is Zn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O and Zn_(2)Fe(PO_(4))_(2)·4H_(2)O.The phosphating film prepared under coupling action of rare earth and ultrasonic is compacter and exhibits better corrosion resistance than that of the phosphating film prepared under separate action of rare earth or ultrasonic,of which the thickness is about 8.5μm.The corrosion weight loss is only 2.8 g/(m^(2)·h),the impedance value at 10-2Hz and the maximum phase angle are 7770.5Ω·cm^(2) and 60.9°respectively.Its corrosion resistance is better than that of separate action of rare earth or ultrasonic.The reasons are attributed to coupling action of rare earth and ultrasonic further increase the nucleation density and promote more uniform film formation,the phosphating film has denser structure and can better resist corrosion by corrosive media.
