摘 要:为实现对三维编织复合材料的智能结构健康监测,用四步法三维六向编织工艺,将碳纳米管(carbon nano tube,CNT)纱线传感器嵌入复合材料中,基于区域选择的多目标优化非支配近邻免疫算法进行CNT纱线传感器的优化配置。针对算法给出的配置方案进行应力监测试验。结果表明:算法给出的配置方案能满足在复合材料智能结构健康监测过程中要求的覆盖面积,在进行损伤源定位试验时误差不超过1 mm。证明基于非支配近邻免疫的CNT纱线传感器的优化配置方案具有应用的合理性,且在智能结构健康监测方面有效性良好。In order to achieve intelligent structural health monitoring of three-dimensional braided composites,a four-step three-dimensional and six-directional braiding process was used to embed the carbon nano tube(CNT)yarn sensors into composites,and a multi-objective optimization non-dominated nearest neighbor immune algorithm based on region selection was used tooptimize the configuration of CNT yarn sensors. According to the given configuration scheme,stress monitoring experiment wascarried out. The results show that the configuration scheme given by the algorithm can meet the required coverage area in thehealth monitoring process of composite intelligent structures. When the damage source location experiment is carried out,themaximum location error is not more than one millimeter. The results show that the optimal configuration scheme of CNT yarnsensor based on non-dominant neighbor immunity is reasonable in application and good effective in intelligent structural health monitoring.
