摘 要:目的:探讨KCNE1(D85N)和KCNE4(E145D)基因单核苷酸多态性与贵州少数民族、汉族心房颤动(AF)发生的关联性。方法:收集贵州地区少数民族聚居地区AF患者185例作为病例组,健康成年人192例为对照组,检测各人群的KCNE1(D85N)和KCNE4(E145D)基因型、等位基因分布特点,结合临床资料分析各因素与AF的相关性。结果:AF与KCNE1(D85N)基因多态性无关(P>0.05),但与KCNE4(E145D)基因多态性有关(P<0.05),排除相关影响因素行logistic回归分析发现,KCNE4(E145D)基因多态性与贵州少数民族AF发生有显著关联,携带GG基因型可能是贵州少数民族人群发生AF的危险因素,而携带TT基因型可能是贵州少数民族和汉族人群发生AF的保护因素。结论:贵州地区少数民族和汉族AF发生可能与KCNE4(E145D)基因多态性有关。Objective:To investigate the association between single nucleic acid polymorphism of KCNE1(D85 N)and KCNE4(E145 D)genes and atrial fibrillation in Guizhou ethnic minority and Han nationality.Methods:A total of 185 patients with atrial fibrillation were selected as the case group and 192 healthy adults as the control group in Guizhou ethnic minority areas.In each population,genotypes and alleles of KCNE1(D85 N)and KCNE4(E145 D)were detected.The correlation between each factor and atrial fibrillation was analyzed.Results:Atrial fibrillation was not associated with KCNE1(D85 N)gene polymorphism(P>0.05),but was associated with KCNE4(E145 D)gene polymorphism(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that KCNE4(E145 D)gene polymorphism was significantly associated with the occurrence of atrial fibrillation in Guizhou ethnic groups,and GG genotype may be a risk factor.TT genotype may be a protective factor.Conclusion:KCNE4(E145 D)gene polymorphism may be associated with atrial fibrillation in Guizhou ethnic minority and Han nationality.
