摘　　要：目的:观察红细胞葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺乏症的心血管疾病患者服用小剂量阿司匹林的溶血性贫血风险。方法:对2020年1~10月的2929例心血管内科出院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,筛选出G-6-PD缺乏的患者,将其分为服用阿司匹林组(A组)和非服用阿司匹林组(B组),比较两组间贫血发生率的差异;通过分析贫血的原因,评估患者是否存在阿司匹林诱导的溶血性贫血。结果:195例存在G-6-PD缺乏,占总人数的6.7%;A组和B组贫血风险比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.713);在这195例患者中有174例服用阿司匹林,其中2例可疑出现轻微的溶血性贫血。结论:G-6-PD缺乏症的心血管疾病患者服用小剂量阿司匹林出现溶血性贫血的风险低。Objective:To observe the risk of hemolytic anemia in cardiovascular disease patients with G-6-PD deficiency who were treated with aspirin.Methods:A retrospective study was performed to analyze the clinical data of 2929 patients who were discharged from the cardiovascular department from January to October 2020.Patients with G-6-PD deficiency were selected and divided into group A(aspirin group)and group B(non-aspirin group).The difference in anemia incidence between the two groups was compared.In addition,whether hemolytic anemia was aspirin-induced was evaluated.Results:There were 195 patients with G-6-PD deficiency,accounting for 6.7% of the total number;174 of these 195 patients took aspirin,and only 2 patients were suspected of mild hemolytic anemia.Conclusion:Patients with G-6-PD deficiency have a low risk of hemolytic anemia after taking low-dose aspirin.
