摘　　要：心脏肿瘤是临床上少见的一种疾病,一般可根据其来源分为原发性和继发性;根据其分化程度分为良性和恶性。据统计,原发性心脏肿瘤临床发病率约为0.02%,其中25%为原发性恶性心脏肿瘤[1-2]。原发性恶性心脏肿瘤临床表现特异性差,误诊率高,部分患者肿瘤难以手术切除,临床预后较差[3]。我院2020年5月—2020年7月收治2例原发性心脏恶性肿瘤患者,现报道如下。Primary cardiac malignant tumor is rare in clinic,mainly including sarcoma,malignant mesothelioma,malignant mesenchyma,lymphoma,etc.Sarcoma is the most common one.From May 2020 to July 2020,two patients with primary cardiac malignant tumor were admitted to our hospital.One of them was completely removed by surgery and recovered well after surgery.The other patient had a poor clinical prognosis due to extensive tumor invasion involving the entire surface of the heart,which could not be surgically resected.
