摘  要:老挝KSO项目的球磨机、半自磨机主电动机为中压异步绕线电动机,其滑环装置因天气潮湿多次损坏,直接影响到磨机的安全运行和磨矿效率。通过对中压绕线电动机结构的改造以及电气控制系统的硬件电路设计和软件控制流程的优化,将中高压变频器的同步投切系统运用到整个电气控制系统当中,提高了磨矿效率和磨机衬板的使用寿命,控制系统安全可靠,确保了企业正常、高效生产。The main motors of the ball mills and semi-autogenous mills in Laos KSO project are medium voltage asynchronous winding motors.The slip ring device was damaged many times due to wet weather,which directly affected the safe operation and the grinding efficiency of the mill.After the structural transformation of the medium voltage winding motor as well as the optimization of the hardware circuit and the software control process of the electric control system,the synchronous switching system for the medium and high voltage frequency inverter was applied to the whole electric control system,thus the grinding efficiency and the service life of the mill liner improved,the control system became safe and reliable,the normal and efficient production was guaranteed in enterprise.
