摘 要:为了解决选矿厂球磨机后圆筒筛吐出矿浆的问题,运用离散元分析软件ROCKY分别建立了圆筒筛在开口式、叠式、螺旋式和复合式导流板样式下的物料仿真模型,对比研究了圆筒筛的筛分效率和细颗粒产量。结果表明,在圆筒筛规格和筛孔尺寸相同的情况下,圆筒筛在“叠状+螺旋”的复合式导流板下筛分效果最好。In order to solve the problem of pulp pouring out from the trommel after the ball mill in a concentrator,the discrete element analysis software ROCKY was applied to respectively establish the simulation model of material in the trommel with open type,piled type,spiral type and combined type of guide plate,and the sieving efficiency of the trommel and the yield of fine grains were comparatively analyzed.The results showed the trommel with"piled&spiral"combined type of guide plate was of the best sieving effects at the same size of the trommel and the sieving hole.
