摘 要:为突破功率超过20 MW大型磨机齿轮传动技术瓶颈,摆脱对环形电动机直联驱动的依赖,提出了多支路齿轮传动方案。首先分析了大型磨机驱动系统设计难点,通过对齿轮各类误差及其啮合位错分析,研究了多支路传动轮系柔性浮动和均载控制技术;其次通过扭力轴柔性位移,实现对啮合位错弹性补偿,得到大型磨机齿轮传动系统的功率分流及均载优化设计方法。In order to break through the technical bottleneck of gear drive for the large-scale mill above 20 MW and get rid of the dependence on the direct drive of the ring motor,a multi-branch gear drive scheme was proposed.First,the design difficulties on the drive system of the large-scale mill was analyzed,and then the flexible floating and the load-sharing control technology of the multi-branch drive gear trains were researched after the analysis on various gear errors and meshing dislocation;secondly,the elastic compensation for meshing dislocation was realized by flexible deformation of the torsion shaft,thus the power split and load-sharing optimization design method for the gear drive of the large-scale mill was obtained.
