羊藿三七方治疗2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍(肾虚血瘀证)临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察羊藿三七方治疗2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍(肾虚血瘀证)的有效性与安全性。方法 本研究纳入就诊于中国中医科学院西苑医院男科门诊66例属于肾虚血瘀证2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍患者,将其按随机数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予羊藿三七方,bid,口服;对照组给予他达拉非片5mg,qn,口服。记录两组治疗前后的相关疗效指标,包括IIEF-5评分、QEQ评分、EHS分级评分及中医证候评分。服药4周后对两组相关疗效指标进行评估。结果 组内比较,IIEF-5、QEQ评分及EHS分级与治疗前比较,两组均较前改善有统计学差异(P<0.05);与对照组比较,IIEF-5、QEQ评分及EHS分级方面有统计学差异(P<0.05),对照组在改善IIEF-5、QEQ评分及EHS分级方面优于试验组。组内比较,与治疗前比较,试验组在降低中医证候评分方面有统计学差异(P<0.05),对照组在降低中医证候评分方面未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。组间比较,试验组在改善中医证候评分方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。本研究共发生3例轻度不良事件,试验组1例,对照组2例,不适症状在给予指导服用方法后自行缓解。两组血常规、尿常规、心电图及肝肾功能(ALT、AST、BUN、Cr)未见明显异常。结论 羊藿三七方在治疗2型糖尿病合并勃起功能障碍(肾虚血瘀证)方面可有效改善患者勃起功能,在改善中医证候评分方面具有明显优势。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of YanghuoSanqi Formula in treatment of erectile dysfunction(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty-six patients with erectile dysfunction in type 2 diabetes mellitus with kidney deficiency and blood stasis in the male outpatient clinic of Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups such as the experimental group and the control group.The patients in the experimental group were given with YanghuoSanqi Formula,bid,orally,and the patients in the control group with tadalafil tablets 5 mg,qn,orally.The relevant efficacy indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,including IIEF-5 score,QEQ score,EHS score and TCM syndrome score.After 4 weeks treatment,the relevant efficacy indexes of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results IIEF-5,QEQ score and EHS grade were significantly improved in two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);There were significant differences in IIEF-5,QEQ score and EHS grade between experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The control group was better than the experimental group in improving IIEF-5,QEQ score and EHS grade.There was a significant difference in reducing TCM syndrome score in the experimental group after treatment(P<0.05),but no significant difference in improving TCM syndrome score in the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).There were 3 cases of mild adverse events in this study,including 1 case in the experimental group and 2 cases in the control group.The discomfort symptoms were relieved after giving guidance on taking methods,and no adverse reactions were found.There were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function(ALT,AST,BUN,Cr) and ECG in the two groups.Conclusion YanghuoSanqi Formula can effectively improve erec
