从“ 高上心思”到历史判断--对阿罗频多“历史—心理学”的一点理解

摘　　要：阿罗频多看待人类社会的精神进程,是用了“历史—心理学”的眼光,此即精神哲学的应有之义。吾人判断历史,乃以古往今来的社会事件为对象,其客观依据是“事理”,其主观依据是“情理”,徐梵澄先生则说之为“思心”(mind)与“情心”(heart)。二者合之,静态地说是“结构”,动态地说是“功能”,动静一如可曰“辩证的直觉与具体解悟”(牟宗三)。在阿氏的语境中,知觉性之高境涵摄知觉性之中、低境,故情、理双彰只可在“高上心思”也即“情心”中寻。阿氏认为,人(类),这一憧憬最高者,追求神圣者,他(她)不能只为“身体”而心思(动词),也不能只为“心思”(名词)而心思,应为“高上心思”乃至“超心思”而心思。这乃是人类创造历史的本质内容。Sri Aurobindo’s(室利·阿罗频多,1872-1950)view of the spiritual progression of human society from an approach of“history-psychology”is what is innate in the spiritual philosophy.Social events are the objects of our historical judgments,the objective basis of which is the principle of event(事理),while the subjective basis of which is the principle of heart(情理).They are respectively called Mind(思心)and Heart(情心)by Xu Fancheng(徐梵澄).The union of the two can be viewed statically as“structure”,dynamically as“function”,and statically-dynamically as“dialectical intuition and concrete enlightenment”(辩证的直觉与具体解悟)according to Mou Zongsan(牟宗三).In the context of Sri Aurobindo’s insight,the higher level of consciousness encompasses the middle and lower levels of consciousness,so the simultaneous emerging of the two principles can be only found in the Overmind(高上心思),which is also the Heart.As revealed by Sri Aurobindo,the human being as the seeker for the highest seeks for the Divine(神性).He/She can neither think only about the body,nor think only about the mind.What he/she should think about is the Overmind,and even the Supermind(超心思).That is what the true essence of the history created by the human being.
