摘 要:目的分析广东省居民营养健康素养情况,为落实国民营养计划提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取广东省14个县区为监测点,每个监测点随机抽取3个乡镇(街道),每个乡镇随机抽取2个居委(村委),每个居委(村委)抽取45户符合条件的居民进行调查。调查内容包括基本人口学信息和营养知识调查。结果本研究共对共调查13个城市14个监测点共计4713人。本次调查发现广东省居民的营养健康素养的平均分为14.18分。珠三角地区居民的平均分为15.6分,非珠三角地区的居民的平均分为13.4分;男性13.8分,女性14.5分;18~29岁15.1分,30~44岁14.9分,45岁以上12.8分;小学及以下11.3分,初中13.4分,高中14.9分,大专16.1分,本科以上文化程度17.4分。结论广东省居民目前营养健康知识还存在短板,地区间不平衡不充分的特点突出,不同文化程度不同性别存在差异,应加强对重点人群重点地区的健康教育,促进营养工作。Objective To analyze the nutrition and health literacy of residents in Guangdong Province,and to provide the basis for the implementation of national nutrition plan.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select 14 counties/districts in Guangdong Province as monitoring points,and 3 towns/streets were randomly selected from each monitoring point,2 neighborhood committees/village committees were randomly selected from each town/street,and 45 eligible residents were randomly selected from each neighborhood committee/village committee for investigation.The survey included basic demographic information and nutritional knowledge.Results A total of 4713 people from 14 monitoring sites in 13 cities were investigated.The survey found that the average score of nutrition and health literacy of Guangdong residents was 14.18.The average score was 15.6 for residents from PRD and 13.4 for non-PRD residents,13.8 for males and 14.5 for females,15.1 points for those aged 18-29,14.9 points for those aged 30-44,12.8 points for those aged 45 and above,11.3 points for primary school and below,13.4 points for junior high,14.9 points for high school,16.1 points for junior college,17.4 points for bachelor′s degree.Conclusion There were still shortcomings in nutrition and health knowledge of the residents in Guangdong Province.The characteristics of imbalance and insufficiency among different regions are prominent,and there are differences between different educational backgrounds and genders.It is necessary to strengthen health education for key groups and regions and promote the nutrition work.
