论法治文化阵地的思想渊源和理论内涵

摘　　要：加强社会主义法治文化阵地建设是新时代法治文化建设和“八五”普法规划所明确的主要任务和重点内容,对提升公民法治素养与依法治理实践相结合具有重要意义。“法治文化阵地”是列宁、葛兰西文化领导权理论与当代意识形态安全理论相结合而形成的一个新概念,是社会主义法治文化建设与法治意识形态建设之间良性互动的一个新领域。在思想理论渊源方面,其受益于马克思主义关于上层建筑相对独立性的丰富内涵,得益于对列宁文化领导权思想的深入理解和发扬光大,以及对葛兰西文化领导权思想的批判继承和扬弃吸收。法治文化阵地是以民主、自由、法治等价值理念和制度模式为基础,以权利保障和公平正义为目标的日常生活方式和社会文化空间或领域。To strengthen the construction of the position of socialist rule of law culture is the main task and key content of the construction of the rule of law culture in the new era and the“Eighth Five-Year Plan”for the popularization of the law,which is of great significance for the combination of the improvement of citizens’legal literacy and the practice of governance by law.“The position of rule of law culture”is a new concept formed by the combination of Lenin and Gramsci’s cultural leadership theory and the contemporary ideology security theory,and it is a new field of benign interaction between the construction of socialist rule of law culture and the construction of rule of law ideology.In terms of ideological and theoretical origin,it benefited from the rich connotation of Marxism on the relative independence of superstructure,benefited from the deep understanding and development of Lenin’s thought of cultural leadership,and the critical inheritance of Gramsy’s thought of cultural leadership.The position of rule of law culture is a daily life style and social cultural space or field based on the values and system models of democracy,freedom,rule of law and so on,with the goal of rights protection and justice.
