摘　　要：感染性心内膜炎是一种累及心脏内膜表面的感染性疾病,其首发症状常表现为局限性神经功能缺损,从而掩盖感染性心内膜炎的诊断,延误治疗。现将吉林大学第一医院收治的1例感染性心内膜炎同时并发中枢神经系统复杂并发症的重症病例报道如下,以提高临床医师对此类病情诊疗的重视。Infective endocarditis(IE)is an infectious disease that affects the inner surface of the heart.Its first symptom often manifests as a localized neurological deficit,which can conceal the diagnosis of IE and delay the treatment.Here is a report of a severe case of IE with complicated central nervous system complications admitted to the First Hospital of Jilin University,so as to improve clinicians′attention to the diagnosis and treatment of such conditions.
