摘 要:针对配送中心共享托盘的收运情况,从配送中心的角度出发,基于商品订货周期构建了由商品库存相关成本和闲置托盘相关成本组成的总成本公式,提出了两种托盘收运模式和两种成本决策方式。以总成本最小化为目标,代入实验数据进行对比分析,选出最优收运方案。实验结果表明,托盘异步收运模式比同步收运模式更灵活,成本综合决策方式优于独立决策方式。物流配送中心在成本综合决策下,通过比较同、异步收运模式所产生的总成本大小,灵活选择同步或异步收运模式,可实现总成本最小的目标。在进行托盘闲置时长或数量调控时,需同时关注总成本上升情况。For the collection and transportation of shared pallets in distribution centers,a total cost formula consisting of commodity inventory-related costs and idle pallet-related costs is constructed based on the commodity ordering cycle from the perspective of distribution centers,and two pallet collection and transportation modes and two cost decision methods are proposed.With the aim of minimizing the total cost,the experimental data were substituted for comparative analysis,and the optimal collection and transportation scheme was selected. The experimental results show that the asynchronous pallet collection and transportation mode is more flexible than the synchronous,and the integrated cost decision method is better than the independent.Under the integrated cost decision,the logistics distribution center can achieve the goal of lowest total cost by flexibly selecting the synchronous or asynchronous collection and transportation mode after comparing the total cost generated by the two modes. When adjusting the idle time or quantity of pallets,it is necessary to pay attention to the increase of total cost.
