摘 要:针对一类以总成本最低和客户满意度最大为优化目标的物流配送车辆多车型、多目标调度问题,设计了一种基于B/S架构的物流配送车辆精细化调度系统。其中,综合成本考虑了调车成本、油耗成本、过路费、人工成本、车辆折旧费等;平均客户满意度考虑了运输时间、卸货时间和软时间窗等因素。通过对成本、路径和时间进行精细化处理,可在线计算出考虑以综合成本和平均客户满意度为目标的车辆精细化调度方案,从而更好地满足企业、客户和社会等多方面的利益。Aiming at the multi-objective scheduling problem of multi-vehicle logistics distribution with the purpose of minimizing total costs and maximizing customer satisfaction,a logistics distribution vehicle scheduling system based on B/S architecture is designed. In the paper,various costs such as shunting cost,fuel consumption,toll,labor cost and vehicle depreciation are considered to get the comprehensive cost and various factors such as transportation time,unloading time and soft time window are considered to get the average customer satisfaction. Through the refined processing of cost,route and time,a refined vehicle scheduling scheme considering the comprehensive cost and average customer satisfaction can be calculated online,so as to better satisfy the interests of enterprises,customers and society.
