摘　　要：目的 系统性评价透明质酸(hyaluronic acid,HA)在鼓膜穿孔修复中的疗效。方法 文献检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、知网、万方、维普数据库,检索日期截止至2020年12月31日。使用RevMan和GeMTC软件对纳入文献的相关数据进行meta分析。使用比值比(odds ratio,OR)比较穿孔愈合率。结果 共15篇文献符合纳入标准,meta分析结果提示,HA联合脂肪鼓膜修补术与鼓室成形术愈合效果相近,优于脂肪鼓膜修补术,且可提高移植物存活率。当直接作用于穿孔时,效果与安慰剂组相近。尚不能确定HA对术后听力重建有更好的改善。结论 HA可以被认为是一种有效的鼓膜修补材料。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of hyaluronic acid(HA) in the treatment of tympanic membrane(TM) perforation.METHODS A systematic search was performed by screening Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu databases up to December 31;,2020.A meta-analysis was conducted via the RevMan and GeMTC software.And odds ratio(OR) was utilized to compare the closure rates.RESULTS A total of 15 studies were eligible for the final inclusion.According to our analysis,the combination of HA with fat graft myringoplasty(FGM) performs similar healing results as tympanoplasty but was better than FGM alone.It can also enhance the survival rate of autografts in tympanoplasty.While being applied directly,it performs similar healing results as placebo groups.For hearing results,there is lack of evidence to determine a better improvements with HA.CONCLUSION HA can be considered as an effective material in TM repair.
