罗源地区秀珍菇栽培菌株亲缘关系初步分析

摘　　要：以研究收集的17株秀珍菇菌株为材料,通过平板拮抗试验及RAPD、ISSR、SRAP分子标记技术对17株供试菌株进行亲缘关系分析。初步分析结果表明,P627菌株、野生对照菌株秀2与其余15株供试菌株的亲缘关系较远,遗传差异较大,而其余15株供试菌株间亲缘关系均较近。在亲缘关系较近的供试菌株中,P605和P625,P916和P624、57-0、GD三代,可能分属同一菌株。17 strains of Pleurotus pulmonarius were used as test material,the genetic relationship of 17 tested strains were analyzed by plate antagonism test and RAPD,ISSR,SRAP molecular marker techniques.The results showed that the genetic relationship of strain P627 and wild type control strain Xiu2 were far away with the other 15 tested strains,while the other 15 tested strains are all closely related to each other.Among the closely related strains,P605 and P625,P916 and P624,57-0,GD generationⅢmay belong to the same strain.
