摘 要:为了提高工业生产效率与综合水平,有必要开展复杂几何形状零件快速检测方法的设计研究。文章引进Canny算法,采用获取零件图像、定位图像中局部梯度最大值的方式进行检测结果的寻优,以实现零件的二维轮廓提取;引进数字化技术对几何形状零件进行建模,使用高精度测量工具,采用实时监控、定位零件上控点等方式快速测量复杂几何形状零件;技术的不规范使用或零件的不规则像素响应会导致检测结果中存在噪声,为降低噪声对零件整体结构精度设计的影响,需要在完成上述设计后,处理、校正与优化输出的初步检测结果,快速检测复杂几何形状零件。通过实例应用分析证明,设计的检测方法可以在保证检测结果具有高精度优势的同时,提升检测效率与速度。In orfler to improve the efficiency and comprehensive level of industrial production,it is necessary to carry out the design research of rapid detection method for parts with complex geometric shapes.This paper introduces the Canny algorithm to optimize the detection results by obtaining the part image and locating the maximum value of the local gradient in the image to realize the two-dimensional contour extraction of the part.The digital technology is introduced to model the geometric shape parts,and the high accuracy measurement tool is used to quickly measure complex geometric parts by real-time monitoring and positioning the control points of the parts.The nonstandard use of tec hnology or the irregular pixel response of the parts will cause noise in the detection results.In order to reduce the influence of noise on the overall structure accuracy design of the parts,it is necessary to process,correct and optimize the initial detec tion results of the output and quickly detect complex geometric parts after completing the above design.Through the application analysis of examples,it is proved that the designed detection method ran improve the detection efficiency and speed while ensuring the high accuracy advantages of the detection results.
