长三角一体化发展的演进脉络及空间协同重点研究

摘　　要：从地理概念的长三角,到上升为国家战略的长三角一体化,经历了协调范围逐渐扩展、政策机制逐步稳定、空间重点不断嫗变的演进脉络。时至当下,长三角更加呈现了新的一体化空间演变趋势,人口流动与企业关联网络紧密互联,都市圈等城市抱团发展的板块成为长三角空间组织的核心,区域重要走廊成为创新等要素集聚的重心。基于此,从学术与实践相结合的视角,重点探讨长三角一体化发展的空间协同新重点,提炼都市圈、协同示范区、跨界城镇圈、协同走廊等4类长三角一体化的空间载体,并尝试提出各类空间在规划协同方面的关注方向、协同重点等,为长三角乃至全国其他地区区域一体化发展提供借鉴。From the geographical concept of the Yangtze River Delta to the integration of the Yangtze River Delta as a national strategy,it has experienced an evolutionary context of gradual expansion of coordination scope,gradual stability of policy mechanisms,and continuous evolution of spatial priorities.Nowadays,the Yangtze River Delta has shown a new trend of integrated spatial evolution.Population flow is closely interconnected with corporate networks.Urban areas and other urban clusters have become the core of the Yangtze River Delta spatial organization,and regional important corridors have become the center of focus for the concentration of innovation and other elements.Based on this,from the perspective of the combination of academic and practice,focus on the new focus of spatial coordination in the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,and refine the four types of integrated spatial carriers,including metropolitan area,collaborative demonstration area,cross-border urban area,and collaborative corridor,and try to put forward the focus of various spaces in planning coordination,coordination center of gravity,etc.,to provide reference for the regional integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and even other regions of the country.
