改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管在困难气道患者中的应用疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管在困难气道患者中的应用疗效分析。方法:研究区间:2018年9月~2020年8月,以本院接受治疗的困难气道患者70例为主,作为本次研究对象。据患者应用治疗方法的不同,分置观察组与对照组。对照组35例:经口垫直接进行纤维支气管镜气管插管,观察组35例:改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管。分析在不同治疗方法应用下的气管插管时间、一次插管成功率、咽部解剖结构的暴露分级以及不良反应发生率,来对相应治疗方法发挥的效用进行比较。结果:改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管在观察组患者中的实施,患者气管插管所需时间相对较短;插管成功率较高;比较咽部解剖结构暴露分级,观察组明显优于对照组患者;术后发生不良反应的概率相对较低;两组数据相对比,统计值P<0.05。结论:对困难气道患者采用改良普通喉罩辅助纤维支气管镜气管插管,应用价值显著,可提升临床治疗效果的同时还可保证患者治疗安全性,规避患者术后不良反应发生的概率。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified common laryngeal mask assisted fiberoptic bronchoscope tracheal intubation in patients with difficult airway.Methods:Research interval:from September 2018 to August 2020,70 patients with difficult airway in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into study group and control group.35 cases in the control group were intubated by fiberoptic bronchoscope directly through oral pad,while 35 cases in the study group were intubated by fiberoptic bronchoscope assisted by modified common laryngeal mask.The time of tracheal intubation,the success rate of one-time intubation,the exposure grade of pharyngeal anatomical structure and the incidence of adverse reactions under different treatment methods were analyzed to compare the effectiveness of the corresponding treatment methods.Results:The implementation of improved common laryngeal mask assisted fiberoptic bronchoscope tracheal intubation in the study group was relatively short;The success rate of intubation was high;Compared with the exposure grade of pharyngeal anatomical structure,the study group was significantly better than the control group;The probability of postoperative adverse reactions is relatively low;The statistical value of the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:The application value of improved common laryngeal mask assisted fiberoptic bronchoscope tracheal intubation for patients with difficult airway is significant,which can not only improve the clinical treatment effect,but also ensure the treatment safety of patients,and avoid the probability of postoperative adverse reactions.
