HEOS冷刀宫腔镜治疗重度宫腔粘连的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究以HEOS冷刀宫腔镜为背景的治疗手段对重度宫腔粘连进行治疗的效果。方法:将2019年3月~2020年3月到本院治疗的120例重度宫腔粘连患者随机分为观察组和对照组,二者同为60例。观察组通过HEOS冷刀宫腔镜进行治疗,对照组只通过传统的宫腔镜手术实施治疗,对比并评估效果。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率比对照组高(95.00%,78.33%),复发率比对照组低(0,14.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α改善比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者经过治疗后的并发症发生率明显比对照组低(5.00%,23.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间比对照组短、术后疼痛评分比对照组低,术后出血量比对照组少,术后宫颈内膜厚度比对照组薄,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重度宫腔粘连的患者通过HEOS冷刀宫腔镜进行治疗可以发挥有效的治疗作用,降低患者的复发率,改善患者的血清炎症因子水平,减少并发症的发生率,有助于患者术后的康复,是理想的治疗手段。Objective:To study the effect of treatment of severe intrauterine adhesions with HEOS cold knife hysteroscopy.Methods:The severe intrauterine adhesions(120 cases)from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60)by random(lottery method).Choose HEOS cold knife hysteroscopy and traditional hysteroscopy to compare the effects.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(95.00%,78.33%),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(0,14.89%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the improvement of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.00%,23.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group,the postoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the postoperative cervical endometrial thickness was thinner than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with severe intrauterine adhesions by HEOS cold knife hysteroscopy can play an effective therapeutic role,reduce the recurrence rate of patients,improve the level of serum inflammatory factors,reduce the incidence of complications,contribute to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and is an ideal treatment.
