评价肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者使用垂直双钢板、平行双钢板临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨对于肱骨踝间粉碎性骨折患者采用垂直双钢板或者平行双钢板的治疗效果。方法:抽取2017年12月~2020年1月本院68例肱骨踝间粉碎性骨折患者,并依据术中双钢板分型分为2组,观察组采用垂直双钢板内固定,对照组采用平行双钢板内固定。比较2组术后关节活动度、关节功能以及术后并发症发生率等情况。结果:2组患者术后的肘关节屈伸活动度、前臂旋转活动度比较无明显差异,P>0.05;观察组术后肘关节功能恢复优良率为94.12%,对照组为91.18%,P>0.05;观察组术后并发症发生率为5.88%,对照组为8.82%,P>0.05。结论:肱骨踝间粉碎性骨折患者采用垂直双钢板或者平行双钢板均可取得满意疗效,且安全性良好。Objective:To investigate the effect of vertical double plate or parallel double plate in the treatment of comminuted fracture between humerus and ankle.Methods:From December 2017 to January 2020,68 patients with comminuted fracture between humerus and ankle in our hospital were selected and grouped according to intraoperative double-plate classification.Patients in the observation group were treated with vertical double-plate fixation,while those in the control group were treated with parallel double-plate fixation.The joint range of motion,joint function and postoperative complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative flexion and extension range of elbow and forearm rotation range of motion(P>0.05).The excellent and good recovery rate of elbow joint was 94.12%in the observation group and 91.18%in the control group,with P>0.05.The postoperative complication rate was 5.88%in the observation group,8.82%in the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion:In patients with comminuted fracture of humerus between the ankle and the ankle,both vertical and parallel double plates can achieve satisfactory results and good safety.
