浅谈医院医疗器械不良事件监测与风险管理

摘　　要：近年来,随着科学的发展进步,医学诊断过程中也引进更多高精尖技术,先进的医疗器械已经成为医学发展的重要物质保障,有助于推动医学的发展,医疗器械主要应用患者临床诊疗中,可以更好地对患者进行管理与监护,提高医疗质量。但是,由于我国大部分的医疗器械临床使用时间较短,在使用的过程中会出现一些不良事件,不仅会对患者身体造成直接的伤害,同时还会影响到医院的经济效益与社会效益。对此,加强管理和监测医疗器械显得非常重要。综述主要探讨了医院医疗器械不良事件以及监测的重要性,分析目前我国医院医疗器械不良事件监测中所存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的预防对策。In recent years,with the development of the scientific progress,in the process of the medical diagnosis and introduce more advanced technology,advanced medical equipment has become the important material guarantee of the medical development,help to promote the development of medicine,medical equipment is mainly used in patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment,can better to management and monitoring of patients,improve the quality of medical treatment.However,due to the short clinical use time of most medical devices in China,some adverse events will occur in the process of use,which will not only cause direct harm to the patient’s body,but also affect the economic and social benefits of the hospital.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the management and monitoring of medical devices.This review mainly discusses the hospital medical device adverse events and the importance of monitoring,analyzes the existing problems in the monitoring of hospital medical device adverse events,and puts forward the corresponding prevention countermeasures for these problems.
