含氯消毒液放置时间对外科病房地面消毒效果的影响

摘  要:目的:医院病房地面的微生物会对患者和医院工作人员的健康产生影响,因此病房内地面消毒至关重要。通过比较三氯异氰尿酸消毒片配置的消毒液放置时间对地面消毒效果的影响,从而对提高病房地面消毒效果提出指导意见。方法:选取医院普通外科1~8号病房作为研究对象,使用三氯异氰尿酸消毒片浸泡溶解配置有效氯浓度为500mg/L的消毒液进行病房地面消毒。每5min消毒一间病房。将病房划分为四个象限,取每个象限及病房中央5个点,使用ATP生物荧光法采样,比较消毒前后相对光单位(Relative Light Unit,RLU)并判断地面消毒效果。结果:消毒前,靠窗远离过道象限中心点RLU值最高为1959.87±1034.44,靠门靠近过道象限中心点RLU值最低为1455.56±1057.00,且5点RLU值差异具有统计学差异(t=16.19,P=0.003)。消毒后,使用消毒液放置时间5min的病房RLU平均值减少比例为37.22%,使用消毒液放置时间40min的病房地面RLU平均值减少30.98%,其余使用消毒液放置时间为10~35min的病房RLU平均值均高于40%且差异具有统计学意义(Z=-2.37,P=0.018)。结论:结果显示,病房靠近门口的两个采样点RLU读数低于靠近窗口的两个点且差异具有统计学意义,提示病房相对于靠门部位,靠窗部位污染水平更高。地面消毒效果的研究结果显示消毒液放置10~35min期间消毒液有效氯浓度较高,消毒效果较好。Objective:The microorganisms on the ground of the hospital ward will affect the health of patients and hospital staff,so the ground disinfection in the ward is very important.By comparing the effect of the storage time of the disinfectant prepared with trichloroisocyanuric acid disinfection tablets on the ground disinfection effect,the guiding opinions were put forward to improve the ground disinfection effect of the ward.Methods:1~8 general surgical wards of the hospital were selected as the research object.Trichloroisocyanuric acid disinfection tablets were soaked and dissolved,and disinfectant with effective chlorine concentration of 500mg/L was prepared for ward ground disinfection.Disinfect a ward every 5 minutes.The ward was divided into four quadrants,each quadrant and five points in the center of the ward were sampled by ATP biofluorescence method,the relative light unit(RLU)before and after disinfection were compared,and the ground disinfection effect was judged.Results:Before disinfection,the highest RLU value was 1959.87±1034.44 near the window and the lowest RLU value was 1455.56±1057.00 near the center of the aisle quadrant,and there was significant difference among the five points(t=16.19,P=0.003).After disinfection,the average value of RLU decreased by 37.22%in the ward where the disinfectant was placed for 5 minutes,30.98%in the ward where the disinfectant was placed for 40 minutes,and the average values of RLU in the other wards where the disinfectant was placed for 10~35 minutes were higher than 40%,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.37,P=0.018).Conclusion:The results show that the RLU readings of the two sampling points near the door of the ward are lower than the two points near the window,and the difference is statistically significant,suggesting that the pollution level of the ward near the window is higher than that near the door.The research results of ground disinfection effect show that the effective chlorine concentration of disinfectant is high and the disinfection
