摘　　要：针对贝朗Dialog+血透机常见故障进行分析,并得出相应的处理方法。通过总结日常维修案例,从电导度超限、漏水、消毒和水路压力自检这几个最容易出现的故障和运行状态入手,以先易后难、由外而内为原则,采用分步故障排除法分析出故障原因并予以解决。对各类故障可能存在的故障原因进行统计,结合日常维修经验及理论分析,得出各类故障的最大可能原因,充分利用贝朗扳手界面详细的参数及状态信息,通过这种方式可以更快的找到问题所在,处理故障。This article analyzes the common faults of the Braun Dialog+hemodialysis machine and draws the corresponding treatment methods.By summarizing daily maintenance cases,starting with the most frequently faults and operating conditions,such as conductivity exceeding,water leakage,disinfection and waterway pressure self-checking,adopted the principle of easy first and then difficult,from the outside to the inside,use the step-by-step troubleshooting method to analyze the cause of the failure and solve it.Statistical analysis the reason for the failure of various types of failures,combined with routine maintenance experience and theory,draw the most possible reasons for the failure of all kinds,make full use of the Braun wrench interface,with detailed parameters and status information,it can be faster this way to find the problem and deal with it.
