数字心电图机在医院使用中的安全隐患与管理对策

摘　　要：目的:分析医院在使用数字心电图机的过程中可能存在的安全隐患,并针对性的探析管理对策。方法:实验研究的对象为数字心电图机24台,根据是否在分析其使用安全隐患基础上应用针对性管理对策来实现分组,随机抽取2018年1月~12月未分析使用安全隐患,仅运用常规管理对策开展数字心电图机管理的500份管理记录作为对照组,随机抽取2019年1月~12月分析使用安全隐患并制定针对性管理对策后开展数字心电图机管理的500份管理记录作为观察组,分析比较两组安全隐患的发生情况。结果:观察组数字心电图机管理记录中不安全事件发生率与对照组患者相比明显较低,P<0.05。结论:在医院使用数字心电图机的过程中可能存在的安全隐患,主要表现在性能、电气以及清洁安全等方面,在针对这些安全隐患实施针对性管理对策后,可以有效地降低管理不安全事件的发生概率。Objective:To analyze the potential safety hazards in the process of using digital electrocardiographs in hospitals,and to analyze the management countermeasures.Methods:The subjects of the experimental study were 24 digital electrocardiographs.According to whether the targeted management countermeasures were applied on the basis of analyzing the hidden dangers of their use,they were randomly selected from January to December 2018 without analyzing the hidden dangers of use,and only using conventional management countermeasures 500 management records of digital electrocardiograph management were taken as the control group,and 500 management records of digital electrocardiograph management were randomly selected from January to December 2019 to analyze the potential safety hazards and formulate targeted management measures as the observation group.The occurrence of safety hazards in the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of unsafe events in the digital electrocardiograph management records in the observation group was significantly lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:The potential safety hazards in the process of using digital electrocardiographs in hospitals are mainly reflected in performance,electrical and cleaning safety.After implementing targeted management countermeasures for these safety hazards,the risk of management unsafe events can be effectively reduced.probability of occurrence.
